Sherbrooke Falls – The Tuesday Walk, August 23 2016

Tuesday August 23 2016 – Sherbrooke Falls

Story and Pictures by Ray Goldsmith

It was a perfect morning for a walk to Sherbrooke Falls – tall trees, mud, fungi, parrots and just enough water flowing…..there is limited access to falls and more mud.

We organised for a lyre bird to forage beside the path and the odd leech to join in the fun,

We adjourned to the coffee shop at Grants reserve to photograph the tourists photographing the not so wild birds.

The next walk should be to check out the spring blooms at the Rhododendron gardens.
